Simply Better Living.




Especially when we are healthy, life is a beautiful gift. A true miracle, by all standards. 

We human beings are constellations of atoms, stardust reassembled, hurtling around our sun on a rock at 67,000 mph. DNA coils like ancient runes in every cell, issuing silent instructions: become, live, persist. 

From this choreography comes breath, thought, memory: a mother’s laughter, longing for distant places, a lover’s hand in the dark. We invent spaceships, build cathedrals, write poems, grieve and love. All this from fragile molecules wrapped in skin. Just chemistry. And yet: is it not a miracle that matter dreams at all?

In this blog, I'd like to share with you my experience of living better, simply. I will build my lifestyle suggestions on the four key foundations of:

  • food and diet
  • sleep and rest
  • sport and exercise
  • relaxation and mindfulness / devotion

They will be simple and easy to achieve for every age and every fitness level.

I'll be including product recommendations, tips on daily routines, recipes, travel destinations that will enhance quality of life. And a wise quotation to encourage us along the way.
